Members of the Greek Road Federation
Members of the
G.R.F. can be legal entities and / or individuals, that are
related to the design, construction, exploitation or use of the
road network,
or they are interested in road
improvement and development.
The members of the
Federation are divided in Active and Honorary.
Active members
can become the legal entities and individuals of the previous
paragraph.
Honorary
members can become individuals that have contributed or can
significantly contribute to the objectives of the Federation. The
members, who are nominated as Honorary, for the duration that they
remain Active members of the G.R.F. can maintain, after their request and relevant decision by the Administrative Council - the
rights of an Active member of the Federation, provided that they will
continue to fulfill the obligations that Active members have, as these
results they
result from the G.R.F. Articles of
Association.
The Administrative
Council decides, based on its absolute judgment, for the registration of
new Active members and the nomination of the Honorary members.
For registering to the Federation, it is
necessary to submit:
1)
Written application to the Administrative
Council
2)
A declaration, stating that the applicant accepts the G.R.F.'s
Articles of Association.
The legal entities
- members of the Federation selects, by decision taken from their
administrative body, their representative to the Federation. This
representative can be substituted every January or (even) earlier.
In case this replacement will not notified be to the G.R.F., it is considered
that the same representation will be continued until next year and further up
to the announcement of a change.
